• "10,000 Links in the Chain of Survival" is being promoted in Steuben County by Rural Health Community Systems, Inc. The three-year goal is to teach 10,000 Steuben County residents how to perform Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation - CPR.
  
  Rural Health Community Systems training partners from American Red Cross Greater Steuben Chapter and American Heart Association will provide the CPR training. This program can give you the skills you need to step forward and make a difference.
